Finca Malvasia celebrates harvest with the "gastro" experience.

Complimentary local Cava on arrival, locally produced smoked salmon, Los Bermejos wine with tasting notes, "gastro" itinerary together with a continental breakfast.

The summer months are upon us and harvest at the end of July is fast approaching, from August the local Bodegas will be in full production.  In order to mark the occasion Finca Malvasia are offering guests a Canarian "gastro" experience.

As islanders we remain blown away by the sheer variety and quality of the local produce and fine wines on offer. Agriculture and wine production are significant for the island and compliment the tourism industry perfectly. Much of the fresh, earthy produce makes it to the tables of the local Canarian eateries and the food is fabulous. From locally caught fish such as Sama & Dorada, lapas, papas arrugadas with mojo sauce, to some of the best cuts of grilled meats, hearty stews and local delicacies such as rabbit and goat, there is ample variety.

From local Canarian restaurants, fine dining, beachfront tapas bars, simple waterfront fish restaurants, 18th century wine bodegas, you can be assured that the "gastro" experience will have something to suit all pallets and taste.
